KTI not just creates skilled youth, but also makes them self employable or entrepreneurs. Coming f ro m a l owe r e co n o m i c fa m i l y background, they grew up in village areas of Karjat district in Maharashtra. They don't have formal education degree to work for white collar jobs but this did not stop them from starting their own business.
