Heating systemCombustion Air- The combustion air supply must be
warranted. Opening must not be lockable.

Oil burner mounting- The burner connection plug must be mounted
opposite the burner door hinges.
- It should be possible to swivel the boilerdoor incl. burner by 90°.
- The space between burner and boiler doormust be insulated by the additional deliveredinsulation material
Electric connection of the burner- 1 x 230 V, 50 Hz, 10 A.
- For safety reasons the electric cable ofthe burner must be that short that the plugmust be removed when swivelling boilerdoor.
Sound absorptionSound absorption is possible through thefollowing steps:
- Walls, ceilings and floor should be verysolidly built, a sound absorber should bemounted into the air inlet. Pipe holders andsupport should be protected by means ofanti-vibration sleeves.
- Install sound absorber hood for burner.
- If living rooms are located above or underthe boiler room, vibration absorbers have to be mounted to the boiler base. Pipes andflue gas tube must be connected flexiblewith compensators.
- Pumps have to be connected withcompensators to the pipes.
- For damping of flame noise it is possible toinstall a silencer into the flue gas tube(Space should be foreseen for laterinstallation).
Heating armature groupIf the normal heating armature group forheating surface (water volume > 3,0 m3 /h,Euro-3 37, 48) is used, a boiler circuit pumpmust be fitted.
Chimney / Flue gas sustem
Flue gas tube- The flue gas tube must be led into the
chimney with an angle of 30-45 °.
- If the flue gas tube is longer than 1m, itmust be insulated.
- The inlet of the flue gas tube into thechimney has to be carried out in such way,that no condensate can flow from thechimney into the flue gas tube and boiler
Engineering
- A closeable flue gas measuring socket withan inner diameter of 10-21 mm must beforeseen.
Chimney- The chimney must be water proof, acid
resistant and suitable for flue gastemperature > 160°C
- For existing chimney installation therestoration must be carried out accordingto the instructions of the chimneyconstructor.
- The cross sections are to be calculated forboilers without draft requirements.

Piping
- The boiler Uno-3 can only be used for 1line systems. Maximum suction hight withoutpump 3.5m, maximum length of pipe system40m.
- The pipes must be fitted that the boiler doorcan be swivelled 90°.
- At the end of the fixed piping a shut off valvemust be installed (by „Oventrop“ filteralready included).
- A Filter (20-40 µ) must be installed in frontof the burner in the piping.
- The highest point of the piping should bemax. 3.5m above the tank suction pipe.
- The piping must be installed that no fluidcan get into the pipes, when the system isnot working.
- If the highest oil level in the tank is higherthen the lowest point of the piping system,

Safety valve- At the safety flow a safety valve must be
installed.
Sanitary installation- The installation must be carried out
according to the regulation of local waterworks.
- Pressure safety limit max 8 bar.

Heating systemCombustion Air- The combustion air supply must be
warranted. Opening must not be lockable.
- Minimal free cross section for air opening6.5 cm2 per 1 kW boiler output.
Insulation and Casing- To mount the insulation and casing you
need about 40 cm space on the left andright side. After the boiler is cased nospace on the side is required.
- 2 boiler can be placed with out spacebetween them. (The door of the left boilermust swivelling to the left and the the rightdoor to the right).
Heating armature group- Min. volume of mixing valve:
H4G-1½’’ = 1,5 m³/h,H4G 2’’ = 2,2 m³/h.
Oil burner mounting- The burner connection plug must be
mounted opposite the burner door hinges.
- It should be possible to swivel the boilerdoor incl. burner by 90°.
- The space between burner and boiler doormust be insulated by the additional deliveredinsulation material
Electric connection of the burner- 1 x 230 V, 50 Hz, 10 A.
- For safety reasons the electric cable ofthe burner must be that short that the plugmust be removed when swivelling boilerdoor.
Sound absorbationSound absorbation is possible through thefollowing steps:
- Walls, ceilings and floor should be verysolidly built, a sound absorber should bemounted into the air inlet. Pipe holders andsupport should be protected by means ofanti-vibration sleeves.
- Install sound absorber hood for burner.
- If living rooms are located above or underthe boiler room, vibration absorbers have tobe mounted to the boiler base. Pipes and

flue gas tube must be connected flexiblewith compensators.
- Pumps have to be connected withcompensators to the pipes.
- For damping of flame noise it is possible toinstall a silencer into the flue gas tube(Space should be foreseen for laterinstallation).

Chimney / Flue gas system
Flue gas tube- The flue gas tube must be led into the
chimney with an angle of 30-45 °.- If the flue gas tube is longer then 1m, it
must be insulated.- The inlet of the flue gas tube into the
chimney has to be carried out in such away, that no condensate can flow from thechimney into the flue gas tube and boiler
Chimney- The chimney must be water proof, acid
resistant and suitable for flue gastemperature > 160°C
- For existing chimney installation therestoration must be carried out accordingto the instructions of the chimneyconstructor.
- The cross sections are to be calculated forboilers without draft requirements

Piping
- The boiler Uno-3 can only be used for 1line systems. Maximum suction heightwithoutpump 3.5m, maximum lenght of pipe system40m.
- The pipes must be fitted that the boiler doorcan be swivelled by 90°.
- At the end of the fixed piping a shut off valvemust be installed (by „Oventrop“ filteralready included).
- A filter (20-40 µ) must be installed in frontof the burner in the piping.
- The highest point of the piping should bemax. 3.5m above the tank suction pipe.
- The piping must be installed that no fluidcan get into the pipes, when the system isnot working.
- If the highest oil level in the tank is higherthan the lowest point of the piping system,

Expansion tank- If a 4 way mixing valve is used in your
system, you have to install an expansiontank
- In the case of a system with openexpansion tank, it must be assured that thepressure in the suction pipe of the pump willbe not lower than allowed.
Safety valve- At the safety flow a safety valve must be
installed.
Sanitary installation- The installation must be carried out
according to the regulation of local waterworks.
