Peace ─ the first gift of the risen Lord. Just as Jesus sent the apostles out into the world to share His peace and Good News, so too, He sends us. As disciples of Jesus, we are called to be grateful and generous. We should look for opportunities to share His peace with
our brothers and sisters not only within our local parish boundaries, but outside of them as well.
In giving, you will receive the peace of Christ.

Perhaps along with cleaning up around your house, you might also consider reviewing your will and other estate planning documents to get rid of “old stuff” and be sure they are not out of date. What was a great plan five or ten years ago may not be what you want today!
Please consider including your parish in your estate plan, along with making sure your needs and those of your loved ones are taken care of. This a great way to help future genera ons, and a great example for your family. Estate bequests have been vital to making our parish what it is today. Thank you!

La paz—el primer regalo del Señor resucitado. Así como Jesús envió a los apóstoles al mundo a compartir su paz y
Buenas Noticias, así también, Él nos envía a nosotros. Como discípulos de Jesús, hemos sido llamados a ser
agradecidos y generosos. Debemos buscar oportunidades para compartir Su paz con nuestros hermanos y hermanas
no solamente en los límites de nuestra parroquia, sino también fuera de ellos. Al dar, recibiremos la paz de Cristo.
Incluya a nuestro seminaristas José Vera (Capuchin en el seminario en Chicago) y José López (Diocesano en el Seminario de San Francisco de Sales) en sus oraciones para que Dios les dé la fortaleza para seguir en el camino del Señor.
