From the Pastors Desk Phillip Monnier and Kelsey Whitaker were united in the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony on Saturday, June 18 here at St. Rose. Kelly Clare Castleberry was welcomed into the Christian community through the sacrament of Baptism on Thursday, June 23 here at St. Rose. This weekend, we will be taking up a collection for Peter s Pence which supports Pope Francis in his charitable works. This collection is taken up worldwide to support our brothers and sisters on the margins of society, including victims of war, oppression, and natural disasters. In this Jubilee Year of Mercy, this collection is an opportunity to join with Pope Francis and be a witness of charity to our suffering brothers and sisters. Youre generosity is appreciated. You are invited to join us at St. Leo's for our Annual LatinoFest on Satur- day, July 9, 2016 in the church parking lot. The Festivities begin at 2:00 pm with Mass at 4:00 pm with Music, Munchies, Merriment, And Much More ending around 9:00 pm! A variety of Guatemalan, Mexican and Sal- vadorian cuisines will be featured. Its delicious and refreshing. For more information, please visit www.saint-leo.org. Volunteers needed to provide dinners Monday-Thursday evenings during the summer months as well as breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings. This is a great way to make a difference in the lives of the moms and kids at Bethany House. Get a group together; youth groups, schools, mom's groups, women's clubs, co-workers, neighborhood friends, families, etc. can share the cost of providing a meal. Bethany House welcomes volunteers of all ages, so bring your kids and give them the opportunity to learn about volunteering! Call Lisa at 513-557-2403 or email [email protected] for more details. Thank you for your support! Glenmary seeks a Residence Cook . The work location is 4119 Glenmary Trace, Fairfield, Ohio 45014 and the hours are Monday through Friday from 11:00 am through 7:00 pm. Responsibilities include: planning men- us; preparing, cooking, and clean up after meals; ordering food items; maintaining an accurate inventory, and assisting with food preparation for additional events. The person selected for this position should possess a minimum of a high school education or equivalent, have appropriate knowledge in adult nutrition, and have three to five years of related experi- ence. Glenmary offers a competitive salary and benefits. Persons interest- ed in this position should submit a resume to Gil Stevens at GHM, P.O.
