The client requested a conceptual rendering of an existing building depicting a glass atrium addition with an art gallery and restaurant. I used the image below from Google Maps as reference for creating the digital model. The rendering was used as part of an overall presentation showcasing various ideas to rejuvenate and re-market the existing building.
