Beloved Mary, you know the darkness and sin in our world, and how much our world needs today the light and truth of your Son, Jesus. Help us to turn to him who is the Way, the Truth and the Life, so that we may be truly free and able to love as he loved, and be merciful as he was merciful. You, dearest Lady, have called people to your Son in your apparitions throughout the world, and so we ask you to help us to carry out the Great Commission he gave to us before his Ascension into heaven: to go out to all the world and proclaim the Good News! Act of Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary

Beloved Mary, at the foot of the Cross Jesus gave you to John and he took you into his home. At that moment of your greatest suffering you became the Mother of every disciple! We now desire, dearest Mother, to take you into the home of our hearts as our Mother and our Queen.

Beloved Mary, you have shown your maternal love for humanity through your apparitions, most especially at Tepeyac, Lourdes and Fatima, and in so many other places. We turn to you today as we celebrate the 100th anniversary of your final appearance to the shepherd children of Fatima—Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco—to consecrate ourselves anew to you, beloved Mother, desiring to be placed under the mantle of your protection, knowing in faith that you will always lead us to your Son, Jesus. We give to you dearest Mother, our hearts, minds, wills, souls and bodies, that we may always keep our eyes fixed on Jesus and give glory to the Father in our words and actions, just as you give glory to the Father!

We consecrate to your Immaculate Heart, dearest Mother, our lives, our families, our parishes, and the Archdiocese of Denver. Mary, through your intercession lead us to the Heart of your Son, so that our hearts may become pure as your heart is pure. Help us to have the same trust in God’s Word being fulfilled in us, as you trusted in his Word being fulfilled in you. A Special Event on FORMED

Starting October 9th, watch The Bible and the Sacraments on FORMED! Each week, two new episodes of this powerful and enrich-ing series from the St. Paul Center will be released for a limited time only.

Presented by popular speaker and author Matthew Leonard, the deep mysteries and truths of the sacraments come alive in a whole new way through exploring where the sacraments come from, what they mean, and why they are so important and foundational to our Catholic faith.

It is available for all our parishioners, the parish code to access Formed is: XBMBR6

In the month of October we will be focusing on Mary as we celebrate the conse-cration of our Archdiocese to the Blessed Virgin on Oct. 13th. We are praying the Rosary and learning about Our Lady of Fatima through books and mov-ies. We are also beginning our study of the saints in preparation for our Festi-val of Saints that will be held on Oct. 31st in the church basement. You are welcome to come and see our projects anytime between 1:30 and 4:00 p.m.

We also invite you to support our largest fundraiser of the year, our Annual Gala. This year’s theme is the Roaring 20’s! You can support our fundraiser in a few different ways. 1. You can buy one or more tickets and attend the event (see ad in bulletin). 2. You can make a donation to our silent or live auc-tion. 3. You can sponsor the event at various levels. We are raising money this year for a few different items, including playground equipment, new windows, and new tables/chairs. To support our event please contact the school office at (303) 364-6515 or by email at [email protected]. Thank you!
