Ministry and Continuing Education for Adults Because Our Faith is too Rich to have ever Learned it All…
Contact Heidi Clark, Director of Adult Ministry, 281.333.3891, Ext. 328 or [email protected] for more information.
Adult faith formation at St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church is centered around the understanding that living
“The Way” taught by Jesus Christ is a life-long, evolving journey, involving both effort and decision. To enable adults to explore the
faith and deepen their knowledge of God’s Word, we provide many opportunities to come together in a learning environment. As a
diverse community with a small parish feel, we know it is important to walk that journey with others and to share what we have
learned along the way.
Are You New to St. Paul’s? If so, we extend a warm, joyful welcome to you. We are more and we are better because of you. Please take a moment to pick up a parish registration form on the wall adjacent to the Welcome Center. If you’ve been away from the Church for a while, we’d love to welcome you back in a very special, personal way, with our Catholics Come Home program beginning after the first of the year. Contact Heidi, our director of adult ministry, for more info: 281.333.3891, or [email protected].
Lenten Parish Mission We are pleased to announce that our Lenten parish mission will feature nationally-known evangelist and author Jon Leonetti. He will be presenting three evenings: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, April 2-4, 2017. Topics he’ll address include who God is and why that matters, saints and scripture, and how to emulate the saints in our daily lives. Each session will last from 7-8:15 PM. Mark your calendars now and start inviting friends and family to join you. The event is free but an offering will be collected.

Litany of Welcome Who are you? Are you divorced? Are you married with kids, worrying for them and committed to their welfare? Are you married for the second, or even the third time? Are you a single parent struggling to make ends meet? Are you gay or lesbian? Well, whoever you are, you belong to us because you belong to Christ. Christ is the host here today. Christ sets this table of Word and Bread. And Christ welcomes all.
Are you lonely? Are you a widow? Are you a single man or woman who would prefer to have a spouse? Are you a person with disabilities or disfigurement? Have you run out of luck? Are you living with shame? Have you been a prisoner? Has an addiction left you feeling like you don’t belong or aren’t deserving? Well, whoever you are, you belong to us because you belong to Christ. Christ is the host here today. Christ sets this table of Word and Bread. And Christ welcomes all.
Are you a newcomer in this parish? An immigrant maybe? Are you from another Christian tradition? Are you full of doubt today, like Thomas? Has it been a while since you darkened the doorway of this church? Or are you a regular here, full of faith and enthusiasm for the parish? Well, whoever you are, you belong to us because you belong to Christ. Christ is the host here today. Christ sets this table of Word and Bread. And Christ welcomes all.
All people of good will are welcome here: that's the really good news! If you've been away, you can come back; if you've been living in darkness, you can come to the light; if you haven't been able to believe without seeing him, look around you: the Body of Christ has come to Mass today. Sinners are welcome. Saints, too. Everyone is welcome to come to Christ: My Lord and my God, indeed.
Weekly Zumba Classes Join us for fun, energizing Zumba classes. They take place in Founders Hall at 10 AM on Saturday. A $5 donation goes towards the support of various adult ministry programs. All are welcome, regardless of your fitness level. For details, contact [email protected].
